i love going to spa and pamper myself from time to time. release stress and just enjoy *winks*

a friend of mine owns ORIENTAL SPA @ Pavilion & Farenheit88 and decided to give me and my girls a head to toe free spa treatments! how freakin' awesome is that?

we will be having our spa session at the new outlet which is located @ Farenheit88 Lot F5, 02.00, Level 5 (next to farenheit 88 Condo poolside).

it's never a good idea to have meal before massage tho, unless you chill for a bit after the meal. best for about 1 hour or so :)

I will freely admit that I love going to the spa. now, before you complain that you don't have the time to go or the money to spend you need to realize the many benefits it offers. if you have never treated yourself to some time at a day spa you owe it to yourself to do so. trust me, you will be a better mom, a better spouse, a better employee, and a better friend if you do.





I love going to the spa, and if you give it a try I would be willing to bet you are going to feel the same way. It is very important to appreciate what these types of services can offer you. never feel guilty about taking some time out for yourself. the truth is that the world isn't going to fall apart while you are at the day spa. you will also have the energy and the spirit to take on what comes your way.





Direction A : Take the lift from the mall's side entrance (in between starhill and farenheit 88) to the 5th floor. This lift operates 24hours

Direction B : Take the lift next to the mall's concierge to the 5th floor. this lift operates from 10am to 10pm
